Nuovo is an established South Australian building company, specialising in custom luxury homes and renovations. We pride ourselves on detailed quotes, good communication and an eye for detail. A financially strong business, we are organised, upfront with costs, and have excellent build times. We focus on customer service, ensuring that the entire process of design, council approval and build, goes effortlessly until handover.

Nuovo Homes built it’s first custom home in 2015. The owner Tim Butler, started as a carpentery apprentice in 2003 with the Master Builders Association. Tim spent the next 6 years working on million dollar homes. This onsite experience gave Tim insight into the best methods of construction. After that time, Tim started his own small renovations business and worked his way up to starting Nuovo Homes.

Nuovo Homes now, has designed and built various homes and worked with some of Adelaide’s best architects on complex sites and designs.

Nuovo Homes has its own in house carpentry team, ensuring we can delivery a quality finish and a dedicated accounts department to track our builds.

We build high end, innovative new homes with only the best quality craftsmanship. We collaborate with our clients, allowing flexibility in all aspects of the build, arriving at exactly what the customer envisioned.
