Eastwood Renovation

Located in Eastwood, Adelaide. This heritage listed building had an extension designed by Alexander Wilkinson architects. Nuovo Homes helped simply the design and make it work to the client’s budget. This was a tricky build mostly inside the old structure. We created a new stairwell access up to the upper level, shifting the internal staircase.

We extended the building slightly, by knocking out the ground level walls and extending the walls out. This created a scenario where we had to support the upper level from collapse while removing the supporting structure. A great challenging renovation that required allot of onsite planning, preparation and coordination.

The original building was constructed in 1882 by John Wark.
