Project Overview

Designed by Architect Jim Petre, this modern 300 sqm single story home faced some unique site challenges. Built on what used to be a dam, this home used screw pile footing system to support itself. All joinery is by JAG kitchens other suppliers used are Alucobond, PVC double glazed windows, Cemintel Products, Inex renderboard and James Hardie linea claddings.
