St Georges – Custom Duplex

Our St Georges duplex development, internally referred to as “The Twins”, was designed and constructed as a high-end dual-occupancy project focused on delivering architectural presence, efficient construction outcomes and strong market appeal within a premium residential setting.

Developed in collaboration with the client’s investment objectives, the project balances sophisticated custom-home detailing with the practical requirements of multi-dwelling development. Each residence was carefully designed to maintain its own identity while still working cohesively as a unified architectural statement across the site.

The homes feature expansive open-plan living areas, premium material selections and carefully considered layouts designed to maximise natural light, privacy and functionality. Strong attention was given to spatial planning to ensure both residences feel substantial and highly liveable, rather than typical volume-built duplexes.

Externally, the project combines clean contemporary lines with refined textures and landscaping, creating a modern streetscape presence that elevates the surrounding environment while maintaining broad market appeal. The design approach focused on creating homes that would not only perform well for resale and long-term value, but also offer the level of finish and detailing expected within the custom home market.

As with many infill development sites, the project required careful coordination throughout both planning and construction phases to maximise the potential of the allotment while maintaining build quality and architectural integrity.
