Our West Croydon project focused on transforming a character home into a refined modern residence, balancing contemporary living with the charm and warmth of the original structure. The design approach centred around creating open, functional spaces while maintaining a strong connection to the home’s existing architectural character.

From the street, the home retains its welcoming presence, while subtle updates and carefully considered landscaping create a clean, modern aesthetic. Attention was given to ensuring the extension complemented the original residence rather than competing with it, resulting in a seamless transition between old and new.

Internally, the project was designed to improve both functionality and flow, introducing expansive open-plan living areas filled with natural light. Custom detailing, high-quality finishes and thoughtfully integrated joinery helped create a home that feels both sophisticated and highly practical for everyday family living.

The kitchen and living spaces were designed as the heart of the home, opening directly onto the outdoor entertaining area to encourage connection between indoor and outdoor living. Every element of the build was carefully considered to maximise comfort, usability and timeless appeal.
